We are a group of around 80 members mostly situated in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges.
Our members, all with varying experience of permaculture, live on a diverse range of properties, ranging from suburban blocks in the outer eastern suburbs, to bush blocks in forested areas, to rural acreages.
Our monthly meetings (third Thursday) are informal social/educational evenings that often feature guest speakers and property visits. New members are welcome.

Our members come from urban blocks in Watsonia, Montmorency, Donvale and Eltham through to more rural Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge, Cottlesbridge, Warrandyte and St Andrews.
Topics range from budding, preserving and bottling, saving energy – solar power and hot water, seed-saving, making vinegar, herbs, retrofitting houses and ethical buying.
We also have a stall at the Hurstbridge Farmers Market on the first Sunday of each month. We would love to meet you and talk all things permie.
